What We Collect

When you create an account: name, email, phone number (optional), company name, and authentication credentials. When you subscribe: billing details handled by Stripe (we never see your card number). When you use the platform: lists, lead activity, campaign actions, search history, and enrichment results.

Public-Records Data on Mineral Owners

The platform surfaces mineral owner records from publicly-available government sources. These records are not personal data of MineralDeal users — they describe third parties (mineral interest owners) and are obtained from county appraisal districts, state property tax authorities, and oil & gas regulators via public-records requests.

Enrichment services (SkipSherpa, Tracerfy) may append phone numbers, emails, and verified addresses to mineral owner records. Owners may opt out of being contacted at any time, and you must honor any such opt-out.

How We Use Your Data

• To provide and improve the Service
• To process subscriptions and billing via Stripe
• To send transactional emails (account, billing, security notifications)
• To respond to support requests

We do not sell your account data. We do not share your account data with third parties except for the service providers required to operate the platform (Supabase, Vercel, Stripe, Anthropic, and the enrichment / outreach providers listed in our Terms).

Data Retention

Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus a reasonable period afterward for billing reconciliation and legal compliance. You may request deletion of your account at any time.

Security

We use industry-standard security practices: TLS encryption in transit, encrypted at rest in Supabase, role-based access controls, and Stripe's PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure for billing.

You can request a copy of, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing matt@stormbreakerdigital.com.

Cookies

We use first-party cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use cross-site tracking cookies.
