FAQ
How does the free trial work?
Start your trial with a card on file. You get full access for 14 days at no cost. We charge $150 on day 14 unless you cancel — and you can cancel anytime from your billing settings.
What's included in the $150/month?
Full access to every feature on the platform. There are no usage caps on searches, lists, or alerts. Enrichment lookups and outreach sends (voicemails, mailers, letters) are billed at cost passthrough on top of the subscription — pricing shown in-app before you spend.
How does the data compare to Enverus or MineralSoft?
Enverus charges $30K–$100K/year for wells data without owner contact info. MineralSoft charges $50K–$150K/year. We provide owner data plus permits, completions, and a built-in outreach stack — at $1,800/year.
Where does the data come from?
100% public records — TX County Appraisal Districts (TPIA requests), TX Property Tax Assistance Division (PTAD), Texas Railroad Commission, NM Oil Conservation Division, and US EIA. No third-party data subscriptions, no scraping vendors.
Is there a contract?
No — month-to-month, cancel anytime.
